Life lately

So I said yesterday on my facebook account that I am in the mood to blog yesterday, but I clearly had not a single moment to do so. Well, like I always say, weekends are spent for my family. And I cannot just sit on my work table and do my to-do lists while my family keeps on pulling me away and roam somewhere else haha! I just have to give-in on their sweet requests to be with them. :)

Anyways, last week was a quite busy week, well not as busy as the past few weeks. I joined a bazaar in Intramuros with Bella of LES' MODA. A different venue for us. Then spent that night to celebrate my birthday with friends (will blog about it this week).

Yesterday I went out the whole day with my family. Had breakfast in Mc Donald's. Swear they have the most delicious fast food breakky!!! Super!!! :) My favorite? Can you guess? :) Then went straight to Robinson's Magnolia for some shopping and bonding, and a super fattening dinner!!! I swear I gained another pound just by munching on a pot of sour and yummy sinigang, lechon kawali, beef tapa, and chicken. Food is really my weakness hahaha! Who isn't right? :)

Today's Monday, and I am off to doing a lot of errands. Manic Monday, yeah, but I'll try to make it fun as possible! :)

PS: See the last photo? It's a doll house I randomly saw in facebook. I'd rather get that, than the typical all-pink-sosy doll house! :)

Real-time Update: Business MInded

Okay so you know how I am such a busy bee during weekends that I almost forget to rest. I always try to squeeze in a bit of business planning while I bond with my family. I guess it's just normal for a businesswoman/or businessman for that matter, to never stop. haha!

Anyways, here are some snapshots of the things I did for the last week!

I had an outdoor lookbook shoot with my friends in UP Diliman. Such a very exhausting day but nevertheless fun!
trying out the lakad pose haha
studying our pegs for poses :)
a finale pose which we all love!!!
had lunch at Ramen X Trinoma then they handed me a box of sweet treats from J.Co donuts! :)

SATURDAY. Failed to go to Bloggers United 5 but congratulations to the BU team for yet another successful one!!!:) I was not able to go there because no one can come with me. So I just decided to treat the family out for a lunch at our fave resto in Roces, Avenue, MAX'S Restaurant!

Then off we go to the main branch of PAPEMELROTI for some inspiration pegs and some little gifts for occasions I will be attending on the days to come.
and finally went out with these fierce metallic sandals! An outfit post soon alright? :)

And of course, spending almost the rest of the week with this lovely couple, Bella and Kevin. Hubby and I found a bazaar partner so it means more days, and meetings for us four in preparation for our bazaar escapades! Actually, I will be going out in a few to meet Bella for a meeting! :)

I'll see you soon with more blog posts, updates, and outfit photos alright?

Real-time Update: Daydreaming

HOW DID MY WEEKEND GO?

Saturday night bonding with blogger friends, Rovie, and Bella and our partners., while chatting over wedding plans and business :) glad to have had a moment with you guys! :) Realized a lot of things over our dinner. :)

Sunday photoshoot and photo editing

Sunday night daydreaming :)

Again, I am back to blogging!!! Usually expect more of my blogging absences during weekends for I am totally busy both Saturdays and Sundays. These days are often spent on family bondings, offline-world-dvd-eating-marathon, crafting, shooting, and other business errands.

Being Denise Lunod, is really difficult. I could have wished to be Anne Curtis, puyat pero pretty parin, gets to take a leave and enjoy vacation. BUT, now that I am a mother, NO VACATION talaga itech! I could take some day off from working and crafting, but I could never have a break from being a mother. :)

Anyways, weekends are days wherein I get to sit down for an hour, fill my planner with my future plans for my life, my family, business and stuff. And one of which I kept on daydreaming, is to finally have my own store as pictured on the last photo. I realized while shooting the products for Simone's Closet, how far we've gone since day 1! Stocks are overflowing, and I am craving for a vintage, dainty, bohemian-feel boutique to hold my products and serve as my little haven. Oh life! I know it won't come anytime soon, but I am working so hard so one day, I could have everything I ever wanted. :)

Right now, I am dead-tired from a day of sourcing new suppliers and sewers and glad to have found one! :) I will be making another posts after this, so please stay-tuned :)

Real-time Update: Eastwood Bazaar May 16-19

Hi guys! It has been 6 days since my last post and I am dying to share all with you all the backlog posts I was supposed to publish. I am really thankful for having a busy life lately, this only means overflowing opportunities are coming. And just recently, Simone's Closet was able to join again another bazaar in Eastwood and I can't thank enough God that He has given me a very nice booth partner to begin with. 4 days of selling is not an easy task and I am so beyond thrilled to have shared the 4 days with Bella and Kevin of LES MODA. I have known them online, but it was our first to meet personally and bond together. God really knows the right people to share with me.

I am the most boring person alive, who only have few friends and I can only count them on my fingers. I think my personality is just so weird that I only get to be friends with people  whom I can be myself truly, and Bella and Kevin are some few additional people on my friends list. For 4 days, we share the same passion for DIYs, handmade stuffs, photography, life and kids, career, and business. Imagine, waking-up so early and getting home around 2am in the morning for four straight days? Imagine the body pains, headaches, stress, hunger, and endless perspiration we have to experience for 4 days... but it was all worth it. Not only because we sell a lot, but because we gained friendship, and bonding along the way, and which I think is the most important thing!

MISS YOU GUYS and looking forward to our next bazaar! :)

will post photos of our 4-day adventure asap! need to collect photos first :) for the meantime, I hope these instagram photos will suffice :)

Real-time Update: Black Friday

Hey guys! I am sharing with you today a real-time blog post of our Visita Iglesia earlier. Hubby was not able to come with us since he needed to come with his dad to their province hence, I have to rely on my ipad for documenting this day. I brought with me my dslr camera for the hopes of taking my ootd but sadly I failed haha! It's only my lovey dovey hubby who can stand my vanity and I love him so much for that!!!:) No one took my outfit photos today...saddd!!! But I do hope you'd still appreciate it through some of my photos in this post!

We visited 4 churches only for Marise was quite moody. We were able to visit:
1. Mt. Carmel Church in New Manila, QC
2. Christ The King Church, New Manila QC
3. Holy Family Chapel, Kamias QC
4. Sta. Maria Della Strada Parish

The last 2 churches on our list are both close to my heart. Holy Family Chapel is my parents wedding church while Sta. Maria Della Strada Parish is my baptismal church. Then we headed to UP Diliman for a quick rest then ended the night over a sumptuous dinner at Shakey's! :) La la la love family day! I miss my hubby though :(

How was your day? :)
