Rawrr

photos by mama

This must be my current favorite OOTD a mix of comfort and fierceness! Got this pants from a thrift shop years ago, and it's so classic that even though trends fade, this piece is very fashion forward. Wear it with a plain tee and I am off to go! I love the hippie comfy vibe of this look! :)

How are you doing guys? :)

In My Shoes

I have always been the type to listen to different people's stories. I love helping out the and as much as I can, putting my self in their shoes, to gauge, at least, how it is to be in their situation. People tend to judge others basing on what their eyes can only see. I have been there once and I know the feeling and how degrading it is to hear such false judgments.

EVERY PERSON HAS A STORY. And each of us have our own struggles and battles going on. So it is therefore rightful to pay respect to every person we meet. In the lowest of times of a person, the best thing we can offer is to listen, to understand and to respect- because we don't know exactly,  how it is to be in their shoes, or how hard the battles they are in.

A Year Wiser

A week ago when I celebrated my birthday. It was just an ordinary day like it used to be. I never expected it to be extra special, but rather, a memorable one. I get to spend it with my family over lunch and dinner, and over  sumptuous slices of cake.

Now that I am 26, I feel the pressure in me to make my life better. Perhaps I can say, I am undergoing some "quarter life crisis" haha! All my life I have been taught by my parents to become independent. And I am more than thankful, if because of them, I will not be where I am right now. But you know, the only weakness in me, is that, I am not quite good in telling how exactly I feel, specially to my parents. I had once tried doing so, but it ended up a bit traumatic for me. How I wish this year, I'll be wiser, braver, than before. After all, there's no other person who will run my life but me. :)

White Out

Never tried an all-white outfit, til I have worn this maxi  2 weeks ago on the Trendsetters Bazaar. I had this dress made for me by my seamstress. Seemed like almost who saw me that day wanted to have a similar dress like mine. So to grant their wishes,I made a few stocks, and  much better versions than this one. So I hope you could check our new collection albums at Simone's Closet:

Once you have seen them both, tell me which piece/pieces took your interest! :)

Go Green

The moment I thought about of making capes, I cannot contain my excitement over trying out one piece on my casual outfit! If some thinks it can be worn only with your bikinis or swimsuits, well for me you can actually wear it with your OOTDs! hehe. It's simply versatile that  once you layer it over on your get-up, it gives you an instant makeover! :)

Wore this outfit to my visit to Bazaar For All Season last weekend. I came to visit my blogger friends. It was a great afternoon of chatting, catching-up with the latest, and a fun-filled OOTD afternoon shoot. It's nice to spend some time with friends even on weekends, well, at least, a reward after a week of stress from work and other things. :)

How do you find the cape? In case you want one, visit our NAVAJO COLLECTION!
