Tough Chic

 This entry has got to be the toughest one I did! Imagine I parked my car on a secondary road where most cars passed by, went down, and did my blogger poses as my mama clicks the camera. haha! I swear I got all the stares and the cars slow down as I was doing this. I mean for me this is a normal thing to do, but for others this is like craaazzzzy ahaahaha! But instead of being shy, and because I am already dressed-up I have to pull myself together and finish the shoot! yay to me and my mama we are such a great team!

By the way, I am loving this WANDERLUST cape/top from Simone's Closet. I have worn this several times already on my IG, but it's only now that I got the chance to show it on an ootd post. It can be worn as plain cover-up or button it up and wear it as a top just like what I did! I swear I will be wearing more of this so I can show you possible ways to style our WANDERLUST cape/top!

People Change

Do you ever wonder why people never stay the same? it's because they change. it's either for the best or for the worst. What was once you knew was okay, and will remain true, actually, will not in the long run. It's either you get trapped by it because you are kind enough to believe them, or you are too tough to guard yourself from being a victim. Change is the best thing in the world if used properly, not to hurt somebody. Sometimes, it is better to love yourself alone, be alone, and happy with yourself alone, at least you wouldn't feel the pain from a person who changed himself without a single notice, you are hurting.  

I seldom blog nowadays, because like you and other people, I too undergo change. And as I grow older I came to realize what should go first and should go next. I thank this blog for giving me a little space in the world to be myself, to talk about my thoughts, what I feel, and I need to release. This is an outfit post but I talk about my feelings. hehe. It's just that I feel more comfortable to write what I feel than share it to others. Mahirap na mamisinterpret. To those reading my blog, thank you for still sticking with me, and for the continued support. :)

Moving on, my outfit is something new to me. I seldom wear boots, but I stumbled upon a very nice pair at the mall the other day and I knew very well it was for me. The next thing I knew is they're on my feet already hahaha! And by the way that cape I am wearing is a new piece coming out very soon at Simone's Closet!!! Finally  billowy and over-sized cape for colder weather! Do you like it? :)

Style What Is It For You?

Style for me is how you carry an outfit regardless whether the pieces are branded or not, on trend or not. Style is an art of mixing and matching pieces to make an outfit to create a distinct character only the wearer could have.

There, that's style for me. What is it for you then? :) By the way I am starting to love my sweaters again. We know how cold it is lately that all you wanna do is sleep. haha! And since my top is entirely covered, I want something sexy to balance the look, hence I opted to pair it with my thigh-high slit maxi skirt. Plus notice the wedges?? It has been a while since I last wore my heels! :)

The Gypsy Me

There's nothing more gypsier outfit than this! Don't you think I nailed the look? :) I'd still think this would be much more me if I changed to my hippie sandals! :) Comfort is still important to make an outfit work. Remember that! :)

Moving on, I feel like dying over my desire to have a major makeover for myself. I have been very busy for the last 2 months and I haven't given any relaxation for myself. I want change with my hair (have it dyed brown and curled again and have it cut a bit short) color my nails, and have a full body massage, and oh, a little shopping too!!!  2 more weeks of hella busyness and I am off to give time for myself!!! 

For now, I just have to stick with what I have now, and finish my long list of to-do's!
