If there's one word a man may find it hard to say... it's sorry. Yes I am capable of hurting others' feelings, yes sometimes I go overboard, and yes sometimes I am rude, but that doesn't mean I am not capable to say my deepest apology. It's just that I can't say it or should I say utter the word, coz doing so makes me cry. But having been able to say it is such a good thing to do. No matter how worse things may come, we should always be humble enough to admit our mistakes and say sorry.
My post reminds me of the song: "I am only human born to make mistakes" hehehe
