Rock Paper Scissors Stick

I am excited for 2014, for this year marks my 5th year in blogging and my 5th year in business, Simone's Closet. I am more than happy to welcome what's coming in for me and my career. I am actually having a hard time to put myself back in work mode, AGAIN. My mind was pretty relaxed lately with all the holiday parties and gatherings here and there. I feel like I wanted to wake-up and do nothing. :)

New Year means a new beginning, and a QUE HORROR moment for me. As an OC individual like me. I like to start the year by writing my 1 year plans. And doing so would actually take me a long while before I finally put them into writing. I mean I just feel so afraid to see how long the list goes and ask myself afterwards, "the hell can I do this? " haha! But ya know, there's no better way than, face your fears/problems. So, right after this post and my little work loads, I will be up a bit late to write down all my plans! And I remember, part of the plan is to general clean my room! waaaahhh I wanna die! :) hahaha!

So, are you having fears like mine too??! feel free to comment below. I sure miss your comments guys! :)

MOMMY OUTFIT: Old Rose Pink

Here's an outfit I wore the other day when I brought Marise to school. I have been happy to see the sunny sky for the last 5 days straight, but it is only today that the weather went a bit gloomy (so no outfit shoot for me saddd ) and so I grabbed my mom the other day for a random quick shoot on a less-crowded street. Notice that black car once again? It just so happen that it had a cameo role on my photos today and on my post yesterday. Weird! No it's not my car but I wish to have that kind someday! :)

By the way QUIMMA RENEGADO didn't reply on my email regarding the Vintage Diaries giveaway hence, I picked a new one. Congratulations...

HAZEL URI

I will forward your email address to Monique the owner of Vintage Diaries. She will be the one to contact you.

Got to go now, need to finish a few work stuffs then I am off to my room to pack things for a shoot tomorrow!

HAVE A FUN-FILLED FRIDAY NIGHT!

View From The Top

So yesterday was a bit too busy day for me. I did a shoot along with my fellow bloggers for almost the entire day. Will share a bit about it soon! For now, I've missed blogging my outfits and so here is what I wore on the photo shoot I did for Simone's Closet last week! As you can clearly see, the sun is at its brightest that day and it was really challenging to control the camera setting but still, love the sunny effect on the photos!

Now my task is to do LOTS of editing in preparation for the look book album which I will be uploading on the coming days. Imagine 1000 photos to sort and to resize haha! But I am used to it! I still have to choose a few that will be used, not all of those thousand pictures will be in for sure haha!

Don't you find the weather too hot? I just want to sit in a bed of ice haha!

Purple Collar

I  joined the bandwagon of fashion bloggers wearing their own unique detachable collars, and I must say I enjoy this trend. I got mine from my good friend Andie of The Pinup Girl Store. The one I am wearing in the photos is reversible. The other side of it is in gray. Detachable collars, just add that certain air of quirkiness in any plain tops just like the one I am wearing. If you feel like dressing- down and going without any accessories at all, just add a detachable collar to make it a totally different look!

Hey Mister

Another vintage men-inspired outfit I wore the other day! I just love dressing-up in this look, it's comfy but still fashionable! :)  The blazer I am wearing is just one-of-a-kind! I love the shoulder pads and the 6 gold buttons. I have a similar blazer like this, only that it's black. Will wear it next and will show it to you guys!

It's summer but I just can't get enough of my cover-ups and blazers haha! :)
