The Black Chaleco

Ever since I was a kid, I am deeply in love with chalecos. Even up to now I still am. I have 6 chalecos in my closet, and I am actually in search for one more.  I want my next vest to be denim and studded. The vest I am wearing here is actually my first ever! I got this from my fave ukay shop. What I love about vests, is that,they are  like  blazers only that they are sleeveless, they both do wonders on a rather simple outfit. Wore my black chaleco last week when I went girl bonding again with mom and Marise.

WHEN IN DOUBT WEAR BLACK

So last Saturday, I had a client meet-up at Trinoma. It was a random set-up since a day before the meet-up, I should supposed to go with my family, but they refused on the day already since they were all not in the mood ( well as most of us experience, we actually have mood swings right? hehe) So I asked hubby to go with me. He didn't think twice about going with me, inspite the busy day in our grocery doing lots of inventory and attending to clients' orders.

And since he will be going with me I decided to dress-up a bit and take advantage of having a mini shoot for my blog. I didn't have an outfit in mind when I was dressing-up, so when I ran-out of time thinking of what to wear, I remember what my friend, Cheena told me, WHEN IN DOUBT WEAR BLACK. Thus, the all black outfit!

I know I know, it's wrong to wear black under the heat of the sun, well the outfit is not really hot at all, since the fabrics are light and breezy! I specially adore my thrifted black cape! My forever outfit savior! hehe!

I thank my loving hubby for the wonderful photos! I am so excited for our monthsary this April 29, not only we are 4 years and 4 months old together, but we are also sharing that special day with a royal couple! I can't wait for the royal wedding! :)

PS: I just shopped ukay stuffs for my next collection! I am just waiting for my dear Cheena, and we're gonna be kickin' after holy week with a day of styling and photo shoot! Can't wait!
